Our 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at the Couer d’Alene Resort in Idaho Sep 6-9, 2025!

Accommodation
Room rates are available for 5 days before and 5 days after the official meeting dates. Rates are the same for King or two queens/double rooms.

Transportation
The hotel provides pickup service from Spokane International Airport (GEG) for $45 each way per person. This service must be scheduled directly with the hotel. With this shuttle service, a rental car may not be necessary.

- Welcome reception and dinner at the resort
Sunday, September 7
- Annual meeting (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Afternoon/evening: Group event (details forthcoming)
- Evening: No formal organized dinner - opportunity to explore local dining options with friends
Monday, September 8
- Day at leisure to explore; possibly more group events
- Group dinner at the resort in the evening
Tuesday, September 9
- Departure day
